This document was drafted to be substantive and specific to how RoomwiseIQ actually works, so that counsel has something real to mark up. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and is not legal advice. It must not be relied on by any customer, and must be reviewed before RoomwiseIQ is sold to a paying organization.

Terms of Service

RoomwiseIQ Connector is operated by Corsac Vantage LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. Last updated: 13 October 2026.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and must provide accurate information.

Recording is your responsibility

This is the most important term in this document, so it is stated plainly:

  • You must obtain any consent the law requires before recording. Federal law and most states allow recording with one party's consent; roughly a dozen states require everyone's. Rules can follow the location of any participant, not only yours. Some violations carry criminal penalties and allow private lawsuits.
  • The warnings in the app are prompts, not legal advice. When you confirm that you obtained consent, you are making a representation to us. We record that confirmation. It does not shift responsibility to Corsac Vantage LLC.
  • Respect other people's content. Presentations, workshops, and performances are usually the presenter's intellectual property, and events often prohibit recording. RoomwiseIQ is licensed for your own notes. Do not use it to reproduce or distribute someone else's work.
  • Do not record what you should not hold. Do not use RoomwiseIQ to capture payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive categories of data.

You agree to indemnify Corsac Vantage LLC against claims arising from recordings you make or upload, including claims by people who appear in them.

AI-generated content

RoomwiseIQ uses AI to transcribe audio and to draft summaries, notes, messages, and suggestions. These outputs can be wrong. Transcription misreads names and words, especially in noisy rooms, and summaries can omit or distort. Review anything before you send it or rely on it. Nothing the app generates is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and nothing sends on your behalf without your action.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it so the service works, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train models.

Subscriptions and billing

For new members, paid plans begin with a free trial of the length shown when you sign up. A card is required to start it and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you owe nothing. Each member has one trial; a member who has subscribed before is billed from the first day.

After the trial, each billing period (monthly or yearly, as chosen) is charged at its start. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: the service stays available until that date, and no further charges are made. Unused time in a period is not refunded and is not prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period; an upgrade applies immediately, with the difference for the remainder of the period charged at that time. The Founders Circle is a single payment and is not refundable. The same rules, with how to cancel, are set out in Refunds and Cancellations.

Export. You can export your contacts at any time while your subscription is active, and for up to sixty days after a paid subscription ends. During those sixty days your account is read-only, if there is anything in it to export. When they end, export is no longer available and the account is locked until you subscribe again.

Accounts are kept for twelve months after access ends or the last sign-in, whichever is later, and then deleted, with an email fourteen days before; the Privacy Policy sets this out.

Organizations

If an organization pays for your seat, it controls that seat, not your account. Your contacts, notes, recordings, and follow-ups remain yours and are not visible to administrators. If your membership ends, your account and your content continue to exist, kept as the Privacy Policy describes; only the organization's own material becomes unavailable to you.

An organization that licenses RoomwiseIQ agrees to remove members who leave and is responsible for accurate seat counts under its agreement.

The member directory

Your profile is private until you choose otherwise in Settings. Set it to your groups and members who share an organization or event with you can find it; set it to public and Pro members across RoomwiseIQ can find it too. The directory shows your name, role, company, photo and summary. Your contact details reach another member only when you connect, and if you choose to accept requests automatically, every request you receive becomes a connection.

Corsac Vantage LLC, as the operator of RoomwiseIQ, can see account and profile information, including contact details and privacy settings, to run and support the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use RoomwiseIQ to:

  • record anyone unlawfully, or in a place where recording is prohibited;
  • harass, stalk, or build unwanted profiles of people;
  • send bulk unsolicited messages, or scrape the member directory;
  • misrepresent who you are, or claim AI-generated text is reviewed advice;
  • break the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or evade its limits.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be accurate. To the maximum extent the law allows, Corsac Vantage LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your use

You may stop at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend an account that violates these terms, particularly the recording provisions.
