Refunds and Cancellations

How trials, cancellations and refunds work on Roomwise IQ, operated by Corsac Vantage LLC. These are the same rules as the Subscriptions and billing section of the Terms of Service. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

The free trial

Every plan starts with a free trial of fourteen days, or longer when an offer you signed up with says so. The length is shown when you sign up. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Each member has one trial.

How to cancel

Open Settings, go to Subscription, and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel there at any time, in two taps, with no phone call. If you cannot reach Settings, write to info@corsacvantage.com from the address on your account.

When a cancellation takes effect

At the end of the period you have already paid for. Roomwise IQ stays available until that date and no further charges are made. Your contacts, notes and recordings stay in your account, and you can export them to your phone or your CRM before and after the date.

What is refunded

Monthly and yearly plans are charged at the start of each period. Unused time in a period is not refunded and is not prorated, whether you cancel or downgrade.

A question about a charge goes to info@corsacvantage.com, and each one is reviewed individually. Any refund returns to the card that paid, and banks usually take five to ten business days to show it.

Changing plans

An upgrade applies immediately, with the difference for the rest of the period charged at that time. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

The Founder's Special

The Founder's Special is Roomwise IQ Pro at $249.99 a year, offered to the first 50 members. The rate is held for three years from purchase and is retained for as long as you renew annually without interruption. Cancelling, letting the subscription lapse, or switching to another plan ends the held rate. To change anything about a Founder's Special subscription while keeping the rate, write to info@corsacvantage.com before you switch.

The Founders Circle

The Founders Circle is a single payment of $659. It is not refundable. It does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.

Included time and access codes

Pro time included with a plan or an offer has no separate charge and nothing to cancel. An access code from an organization or an offer gives access without a card. Nothing is charged, and access ends on the date shown in Settings under Subscription unless you choose a plan before then.

Organizations

An organization paying for member seats is billed under its own agreement with Corsac Vantage. This page covers plans a member buys for themselves.
