Roomwise IQ is live, paid for by members, and does everything described below today. This group is not a test of whether the application works. It is a small number of people who get new capabilities before anyone else and tell me honestly which ones are worth keeping.
You leave a conversation and talk to your phone for thirty seconds. Who you met, what they do, what you promised to send them. That becomes a contact with real notes, the promise attached to their name, and a follow-up already drafted in your own writing voice. Nothing sends without you reading it first.
Before an event it works the other way round. It reads the attendee list and tells you who to find first and why the fit is real, with an opener you would not be embarrassed to say out loud.
People who are regularly in rooms with people they have not met. Chapter meetings and roundtables, conferences, client dinners, pitch nights, partner conversations, prospect meetings. Sales, business development, recruiting, fundraising, consulting, real estate, financial advising, agency owners, anyone whose calendar is mostly people they do not know yet.
If you go to two events a year, this group is not for you. The product earns its place with somebody who is out constantly, and I would rather say that now than take your email.
